HURRICANES COME AND HURRICANES GO

A funny thing happened today. Hurricane Ike came by leaving tree limbs and trees everywhere. Oh, some work always goes on. Hotels, hospitals, police. Well, try to be ready to do your job with no electricity. Yeah. It's good I am a boy scout. Everything went well that night. Happy customers, great slumber party, good food that would have melted in the freezer anyway. I couldn't ask for more. I'm just glad the power was on when I got home. I'll wait 'til the storm passes to see how the rest of Houston faired.
