Oh! This is one of the great virtues, because it is out of failure that all success blooms. This was especially poignant to me yesterday as I went to change a light bulb.
One of the techs was having problems with it. So I went to help him. We took a self described expert in everything with us to make sure the job got done, because this bulb was right next to administration where the chief officers have their offices. 30 minutes later we finally found the right bulb, but it would not go in. After breaking a bulb trying to insert it, we called a fourth man, the coordinator, to assist. He came with a senior tech and after some 20 to 30 minutes the five of us had not yet changed the bulb. The coordinator called the contractor. Over the phone he was unable to solve it and arrived on scene. He could not insert the bulb so he called a sub contractor that had installed them. Yes! we changed the bulb, but I could not help but be reminded of the joke. Today it took 7! Wow was that an expensive bulb. Moral: remember to screw in the bulb. It required only a slight twist to the right when inserting this particular bulb.
