WORKING TOGETHER

Work. More than a sentence, paragraph, or even a book. It is life-not that I am a work-a-holic, though there have been times I have had 3 to five jobs. Just ask my wife. I know how to avoid work all together at times. Well, today was a victory. I was able to work with my firstborn repairing the fender that was recently attacked by a mailbox.

Oh, it wasn't especially hard work, but it was a little more than a teen would do on their own. It was fun to hand him tools for a change. He knows how to work hard. He learned early with paper routes in the snow, but he is finding that to work at home requires sacrifice from other things. It just felt good to work together again.
